Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with boiler/hydronic systems.
Strong knowledge of tools, machines, and materials used in plumbing and HVAC.
Familiarity with construction methods and building codes.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).

Nice To Haves

Residential experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assemble and install pipe systems, fittings, and valves using a variety of tools and techniques—from soldering and brazing to press equipment.
Install high-efficiency boilers, water heaters, and hydronic systems with precision and care.
Keep detailed records of work assignments and system performance.
Fill and test systems with water, glycol, or air—monitoring pressure gauges to ensure optimal operation.
Maintain and repair boiler systems during retrofits or service calls.
Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to spec using specialized tools and machines.
Review blueprints and building codes to plan and execute flawless installations.
Keep your work truck stocked, organized, and ready to roll.
