Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with boiler or hydronic systems.
- Strong knowledge of tools, machines, and materials used in plumbing and HVAC.
- Familiarity with construction methods and building codes.
- Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR).

Responsibilities
- Assemble and install pipe systems, fittings, and valves using tools and techniques such as soldering, brazing, and press equipment.
- Install high-efficiency boilers, water heaters, and hydronic systems.
- Keep detailed records of work assignments and system performance.
- Fill and test systems with water, glycol, or air, monitoring pressure gauges to check operation.
- Maintain and repair boiler systems during retrofits and service calls.
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to specifications using specialized tools and machines.
- Review blueprints and building codes to plan and carry out installations.
- Keep the work truck stocked and organized.
