Provides support for clients with substance/co-occurring disorders through monitoring, ensuring safety, and assisting with daily therapeutic and recovery activities in a residential treatment setting. This role involves facilitating client involvement in support groups, assessing progress, and maintaining active supervision. The position also includes conducting psychoeducational classes, explaining and enforcing program policies, and transporting clients to appointments or events. Additionally, the Residential Associate will document client medication schedules, monitor vitals, perform drug screens, and maintain facility supplies.
