About The Position
Join our team and help create life-changing experiences for clients ages 7-40 with developmental disabilities. Current shifts available: Weekday evening Full-Time – Monday through Friday 3pm-11pm PRN-to work as needed as a sub, shifts vary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions)
- Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients
- Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No experience with developmental disabilities? No problem! We prefer candidates with some background, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication.
Responsibilities
- Caring for clients with intellectual disabilities and autism
- Assisting clients with daily living activities
- Providing a warm, family and home-like environment for clients
