The Residential Assistant provides administrative, operational, and client-support services within the residential program. This position works closely with the Residential Director, Lead Therapist, Lead Case Managers, and other members of the Residential team to support the coordination and delivery of quality services to individuals participating in the residential program. The Residential Assistant helps ensure that residential cases are appropriately coordinated, documentation and follow-up activities are completed, communication between members of the treatment team is maintained, and individuals receive timely, organized, and compassionate support throughout their treatment. The Residential Assistant serves as a supporting member of the treatment team and does not independently provide clinical services, make clinical diagnoses, develop treatment plans, or make decisions requiring a licensed or credentialed clinical professional unless the employee separately holds the appropriate qualifications and authorization.
