We are currently seeking a Residential Assistant Property Manager at our Solaire 7077 Woodmont community in Bethesda, Maryland.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience in residential property management.
Budget, revenue management and/or P&L management experience.
Excel at solving problems.
Track record of building strong relationships with diverse customers.
Strength in managing back of the house responsibilities such as rent collection and delinquency.
Strength in managing front of the house responsibilities, such as leasing and utilizing online marketing platforms.
Innate ability to leverage empathy and compassion to understand a customer’s needs and what motivates their buying decisions.
Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills.
An eye for detail.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree with strong hospitality, marketing and/or business management skills is preferred.
Experience working with MRI property management software is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Work closely with both leasing and maintenance teams to ensure current and future residents love our apartment homes by making our communities great places to live.
Drive revenue and exceptional experiences.
Proactively motivate, coach and develop team members.
Ensure the residents of the community have an exceptional experience as part of the WPC neighborhood.
Manage back of the house responsibilities such as rent collection and delinquency.
Manage front of the house responsibilities, such as leasing and utilizing online marketing platforms.
