We are seeking a Residential Assistant Program Manager to help guide and support youth ages 11–18 who have experienced trauma, while mentoring a dedicated team in a therapeutic residential setting. In this role, you’ll make a real difference - supporting young people as they build safety, stability, and essential life skills, while helping staff grow into confident, effective caregivers. Schedule 4 days per week Wednesday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM A Day in the Life As the Residential Assistant Program Manager, you will play a key leadership role on the floor - supporting both youth and staff. You’ll help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment by coaching Youth Support Specialists, responding to incidents with professionalism and care, and modeling trauma-informed interventions. You’ll collaborate closely with the Program Manager and clinical team to ensure youth receive consistent, compassionate care that promotes healing, accountability, and growth. How This Role Supports Our Mission Serve as a team leader within the program and act in the absence of the Program Manager when needed Model and reinforce trauma-informed, therapeutic intervention strategies Supervise, mentor, train, and support Youth Support Specialists Participate in employee performance evaluations and ongoing staff development Oversee SCM incidents, providing debriefing, coaching, and follow-up training to promote safety for youth and staff Assist with treatment planning to address the emotional, behavioral, spiritual, and physical needs of each youth Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident progress, incidents, concerns, and emergencies Lead shift-change meetings to ensure clear communication and continuity of care
