About The Position
This is an entry-level appraiser position responsible for conducting routine appraisals of residential and agricultural properties in St. Louis County. Duties include inspecting properties to determine conditions, improvements, measurements, and locations; researching property descriptions, deeds, and other documents; reviewing information with property owners and others to assess accuracy; and making appraisals based on available information. The work is performed under the direction of assigned supervisory staff.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Continuously authorized to work in the United States, for St. Louis County, on a full-time basis
