About The Position

This position involves bidding, engaging and reviewing single family residential appraisals covering all states. The qualified candidate will become familiar, and then competent, with RIMS which is an internet based appraisal management system. The position involves both high volume and time sensitive duties. Candidate must have good communication skills, and enjoy developing and maintaining working relationships with appraisers and account officers.

Requirements

• Certified Residential Appraiser, or a Licensed Residential Appraiser
• Bachelor’s degree, or commensurate residential appraisal experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Collaboration with team members
• Effective interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Bidding on single family residential appraisals
• Engaging single family residential appraisals
• Reviewing single family residential appraisals
• Becoming familiar and competent with RIMS (internet based appraisal management system)
• Developing and maintaining working relationships with appraisers and account officers
