A residential apartment cleaner is a professional responsible for cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in apartment units. Their tasks typically include dusting and sweeping surfaces such as shelves, countertops, ceiling fans and kitchen cabinets, sweeping floors to remove dirt and debris. Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and other fabric surfaces to remove dust, dirt, and pet hair. Mopping hard floors (tile, wood, laminate) with appropriate cleaning solutions. Cleaning windows and mirrors to remove smudges, dirt, and fingerprints. Wiping down counters, cleaning appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator), and sanitizing sinks. Scrubbing toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers, wiping down counters, and cleaning mirrors. Emptying trash bins and replacing liners. Tidying up and decluttering spaces if needed. A residential apartment cleaner can work independently, and they may clean one or more units and hallways on a regular basis.
