About The Position
This Residential Aide position at Connection House in Middletown utilizes a strengths-based and client-centered approach to provide structure and supervision to justice-involved men re-entering the community after incarceration. The role involves working within the Adult Services and Community Justice programs to help rehabilitate, educate, and guide clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved, or possess a client/customer support background, and be motivated to help others make positive changes. A balance of structure, compassion, and professional boundaries is essential.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent or an Associate's Degree
- Valid Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
- Must attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
