Residential Aide - Connection House (Middletown)
About The Position
This Residential Aide position at Connection House in Middletown utilizes a strengths-based and client-centered approach to provide structure and supervision to justice-involved men re-entering the community after incarceration. The role involves working within Adult Services to help rehabilitate, educate, and guide clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved, or possess a client/customer support background, and be motivated to help others make positive changes. Maintaining professional and respectful boundaries while being both structured and compassionate is essential.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent or an Associate's Degree
- Valid Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
- Attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
