About The Position

Headquartered in Sarasota, FL, we provide safe housing, outreach, teen prevention, and national awareness and training programs across the Midwest and Southeast.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Criminology, or a related behavioral science, lived or work experience will be considered in lieu of education
- Experience in trauma-informed environments and/or working with sex trafficking survivors.
- Cross-cultural competence and the ability to meet survivors where they are.
- Commitment to ongoing education in trauma, substance abuse, and survivor support.
- A clean driving record and willingness to travel locally.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate assessments and treatment planning for survivors.
- Support access to legal, medical, housing, and counseling services.
- Provide consistent and compassionate transportation to appointments, work, and community resources.
- Document services in our secure database and attend all required meetings and trainings.
- Be available for flexible shifts, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.
