About The Position
Recovering Hope Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Advocate to join their team in Mora, MN. This part-time, on-call role offers a flexible schedule where you can pick up shifts based on your availability. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about helping women and families overcome substance use disorders, with no prior experience required as comprehensive training will be provided. The Residential Advocate plays a crucial role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients, offering emotional support, overseeing recovery activities, and assisting with daily living tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable with computers and basic tech
Responsibilities
- Facilitate recovery activities and support clients with daily living tasks.
- Engage with clients, their children, and families with compassion.
- Conduct room checks, transport clients, and maintain building security.
- Keep client records updated and handle essential administrative tasks.
- Assist with intake, discharge, and visiting hours.
