About The Position

We are seeking a Residential Advisor to join our team at our Program in Bucks County, in Bensalem, PA. The Residential Advisor will provide support and resident oversight for a 20-bed residential facility. This role involves completing notes on client progress and activity, administering medication, teaching daily living skills to residents, and providing transportation to appointments for our residents using company vehicles.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, or GED, is required.
• Must have an active driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm

Nice To Haves

• One year of mental health or IDD experience with adults or children with behavioral health challenges is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and resident oversight for a 20-bed residential facility.
