About The Position

Lovell Academy is a boarding school that allows players to skate multiple hours a day, engage in sport specific off-ice training and conditioning and focus on both academic and athletic success. Lovell Academy is seeking candidates for our Female Residential Advisor positions for the upcoming academic year starting in August 2026. We are looking for people to join our team who will partner in building a positive, supportive and engaging environment within the boarding program for all female student-athletes.

Requirements

Flexible with the ability to engage in teamwork and work cooperatively with others
Ability to correspond in English with parents, students, colleagues, and others
Ability to use technology in communication
Possess/Obtain Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience working with teenagers in an educational or camp setting preferred

Responsibilities

Express enthusiasm and concern for our female student-athletes’ experiences and learning and growth in all areas
Active and visible presence during supervisory duties and remind female student-athletes of expectations when needed
Work live-in shifts with overnight and daytime responsibilities on a rotating basis
Know dorm safety and evacuation procedures and reinforce them with female student-athletes
Support student hall monitors in their work with their peers to maintain the dorm (specifically, table cleaning rotation and trash disposal)
Connect female student-athletes to any necessary administration/support personnel re: well-being and behavior within the school
Assist with scheduled dorm activities and help chaperone off-campus trips
Oversee the arrival and departure of female student-athletes throughout the school year from vacations and ensure that all necessary closing procedures are accomplished
Possess a valid driver’s license and drive school vehicles when asked
Report any needed maintenance for either the dorm or school vehicle in a timely fashion
All other duties as assigned
