About The Position

Cornerstone Retirement Community, located in Texarkana, is seeking a Full-Time Driver to help transport residents to appointments, outings, and events while building meaningful relationships along the way. This role is more than just driving; you’ll also have the chance to support our Life Enrichment Team, assist with activities, and be part of fun community outings and events.

Requirements

A safe driving record.
The ability to handle multiple transportation requests at a time, and if necessary, prioritize, and diplomatically communicate the established priorities to residents and staff.
The ability to project a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner to residents, families, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

Fulfill all transportation needs for the retirement community campus.
Operate vehicles such as a bus, van, and car.
Support the Life Enrichment Team.
Assist with activities.
Be part of community outings and events.
