About The Position

As a Resident Transport Assistant, you'll support residents by preparing them for activities, safely transporting them to appointments, and fostering a warm, respectful environment.
Requirements
- Physically fit: able to lift 40+ lbs, walk, bend, and stand frequently
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Commitment to kindness, dignity, and respect
- Passion for customer service and teamwork
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with transportation and activity prep
- Communicate professionally with healthcare providers
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
- Serve snacks and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure safety and promote residents' rights
