The Resident Services Manager is responsible for greeting prospects, guests, and visitors, providing a personalized experience with an emphasis on care and convenience for future and current residents. This role involves engaging with residents to foster positive relationships and confirm their expectations are being met, as well as responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. The Resident Services Manager will act as the communication center, informing residents of community happenings daily, weekly, or monthly via the computer portal and postings. Additionally, this role will plan, promote, and deliver resident events and activities, and identify opportunities to improve resident happiness and service.
