We are seeking a Resident Services Manager for our Westgate Apartments and Townhomes property in Manassas, Virginia. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some marketing, sales or customer service experience normally acquired by some work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews delinquency accounts and facilitates collection process, including the service of late, eviction, and small balance notices.
  • Coordinate with attorney's office for filing all judgments, writs, and notices of satisfaction. Appear in court as a witness on the property's behalf as required.
  • Maintain delinquency and bad debt tracking systems.
  • Responsible for completing and monitoring all aspects of the property's Rent Relief program.
  • Perform all tasks related to delinquency collection and required legal tasks.
  • Assist Property Manager prepare reports about property performance, data summaries and trends (weekly delinquency report, variance and quarterly reports).
  • Perform routine inspections of the property. Monitor the community’s appearance and oversee those resident violations are addressed or repairs completed. Complete monthly inspection reports.
  • Address all resident issues in a prompt and professional manner. Investigate/resolve complaints, enforce community rules.
  • Update and maintain inventory of all office and leasing forms, equipment and supplies.
  • Process security deposit returns.
  • Oversee pest control (preventative & other scheduling and billing).
  • Directly oversees front desk position and their assigned daily tasks. Responsible for covering position when needed. Reception area must always be professional, orderly, neat, clean and inviting.
