About The Position

The Experience Senior Living Team is thrilled to announce the opening of our newest community, The Gallery at Fort Collins, planned for opening in March 2026. As construction nears completion, we are seeking a PRN Resident Services (Front Desk Concierge) to join our team. This role is crucial for successfully opening the doors and welcoming residents, providing a positive and memorable service experience.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Concierge, or experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for needs, requests, and complaints for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
  • Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Answer the phone within 3 rings, determine call nature, and route calls appropriately.
  • Take detailed messages, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate services for residents and families, including dry cleaning, grocery delivery, dinner reservations, beauty parlor appointments, ticket purchases, and transportation.
  • Follow up after services to confirm satisfaction.
  • Connect with new residents and families within the first week to introduce concierge services.
  • Answer questions and direct to community resources.
  • Coordinate the community’s transportation schedule, monitor sign-up sheets, and provide written confirmations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the culinary department and guest meal reservations, providing written confirmations.
  • Make reminder calls to residents, maintain RSVP lists for community events, family events, and special meals.
  • Maintain community security by following procedures and monitoring logbooks.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized reception, lobby, and welcome area.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail, delivering it as appropriate.
  • Receive and log all packages.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
