JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Work schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents while supporting property operations. This role focuses on resident retention by managing lease renewals, ensuring compliance with pet screening and renter’s insurance requirements, assisting with package handling and resident inquiries. The Resident Services Coordinator serves as a key resource for resolving resident issues promptly and professionally, promoting a positive living experience and fostering long-term resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with package handling and delivery coordination to maintain efficient and organized service for residents.
  • Collaborate with property management team to identify opportunities for improving resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive living experience.
  • Manage lease renewal process, including negotiating terms and securing timely renewals to support resident retention goals.
  • Ensure compliance with community policies, including pet screening and renter’s insurance requirements, by monitoring and following up with residents as needed.
  • Support community engagement initiatives as needed, while prioritizing operational tasks that enhance resident experience and retention.
  • Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assists with completed service request call backs as necessary.
  • Assists the Lifestyle Coordinator with maintaining the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manages and coordinates the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
  • Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.
  • Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours.
  • Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and/or other services provided by the community.
  • Assists the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs as needed.
  • Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents.
