St. Andrews Village is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join their team! Summary: This position consists of 40 hours per week. The Resident Services Coordinator role maintains and promotes a caring, safe, and service-oriented community for residents at St. Andrews Village. Primary responsibilities are to provide assistance and resources; provide daily transportation; develop and coordinate activities and events; and assist departments. As a PSS or PCA, may be called on to assist residents with daily living activities and services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred. Current, satisfactory completion of Personal Support Specialist (PSS) certification or satisfactory completion of PSS certification within six months of date of hire OR current, satisfactory completion of Personal Care Assistant Certification (PCA) or satisfactory completion of PCA certification within six months of date of hire.
  • Current valid driver's license required.
  • Current CPR certification or satisfactory completion of CPR training/certification within six months of date of hire.
  • Three years of experience required.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work with and understand the senior population.
  • Organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to read/comprehend instructions, write correspondence, and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to perform basic math and work with currency.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with common technology in order to provide light help to residents (phones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, TVs, etc.)
