About The Position

Seeking a qualified applicant for a Resident Service Coordinator for a 127-unit senior affordable apartment community in south Phoenix, Arizona. As a Service Coordinator, you can expect a fulfilling role that will challenge and inspire you. This role will allow you to actively engage with the community and provide essential support to those in need. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assisting residents with various social service needs, coordinating resident educational events, and collaborating with local organizations and agencies to provide needed supportive services to the residents. This position will require excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, the ability to problem-solve efficiently and a strong work ethic. You will work a consistent full-time schedule Monday through Friday, ensuring a healthy work-life balance while making a positive impact in the community. Our customer-focused approach means you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and be a key-player in enhancing their quality of life.

Requirements

  • Degree in a human services-related field
  • Experience working with the elderly
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities (physical and mental)
  • Knowledge of local community resources
