About The Position

Avesta Housing is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to connect residents with resources, foster engagement, and strengthen community. The coordinator collaborates with property management, organizes programs and workshops, and responds to resident needs with empathy and professionalism. The role supports Avesta’s mission of providing quality, affordable homes and building inclusive neighborhoods.

This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position serving the Southern region. It is based onsite and requires regular travel between properties in the Exeter and Hampton Falls, New Hampshire area. The pay range is $24.00–$27.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in the field.
• Knowledge of social service agencies and experience working with them.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs and resources.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working directly with disadvantaged people.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable means of transportation; regular travel between properties is required.
• A resume explaining how the applicant’s experience is relevant to the role is required.
