About The Position

The Resident Safety Coordinator serves as a point of contact, offering concierge-like support to residents and staff, handling deliveries, and assisting with minor facility issues. Conducts regular interior and exterior rounds to check for safety hazards, security breaches, and policy compliance. Develops, implements, and updates facility emergency management plans, policies, and procedures within compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding emergency preparedness. Works closely with Facilities Management to ensure building systems meet safety and emergency requirements.

Requirements

  • A Bachelors degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or other relevant field is preferred.
  • First Aid and CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
  • We will consider equivalent combinations of experience and education for certain jobs.
