About The Position

The Resident Relations Manager focuses on managing the customer experience and serving as the primary liaison during construction projects, including resident relocations. This role facilitates daily activity and communication between contractors, the on-site team, and residents to align on daily work and resident needs. The manager delivers accurate, timely information to residents via established channels and maintains accurate records of work performed utilizing the appropriate operating platform. They provide excellent customer service by anticipating customer’s needs, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally. The manager monitors construction impact through regular community and unit walks proactively resolving resident concerns and potential hazards. They also coordinate temporary resident transfers for construction or repair projects, overseeing the logistical details and communicating progress until the project's successful conclusion, and execute concession administration.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED), or equivalent experience
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Valid California driver’s license
  • Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law.
  • Regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.
