About The Position

Park Place Senior Living is looking for a Resident Relations Consultant to join our team. This position is full time, benefit eligible. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Job Summary: Assists Community Administrator with the day-to-day operations at the property. The Resident Relations Consultant serves as the first point of contact for all Residents and prospective residents and their families.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand; and use hands to handle/lift objects.
  • The employee occasionally must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Additionally, the employee, on occasion, must crouch, kneel, or climb stairs.
  • Most work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • This position requires substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
  • Must have the ability to walk short distances.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for residents and families of residents, prospective residents, vendors and deliveries.
  • Answers all incoming phone calls to the community.
  • Responsible for ma Assists the Community Administrator with the preparation of community notices and legal notices.
  • Assists with the management and upkeep of the pendant program.
  • Works closely with the maintenance team to ensure resident work orders are entered and completed.
  • Assists with inquiries from prospective residents about lease and move in specials.
  • Works closely with the Marketing Director in the marketing and leasing of the community.
  • Performs leasing functions such as fielding phone and email inquiries, touring the community and performing move in paperwork.
  • Works with the Marketing Director and Activity Direct to assist with community events and open houses.
  • Participates in ensuring common areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Documents thoroughly and communicates effectively with the Community Administrator regarding incidents involving residents or building security.
