About The Position

The Rehab Aide is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating physical therapeutic programs, documenting resident participation in activities, and following prescribed physical therapy for residents as outlined in care plans. They will also coordinate and participate in general resident care. The Rehab Aide will assist in liaising with stakeholders (e.g., school, service clubs) and facilitating resident, family, and volunteer interaction. The Rehab Aide will obtain feedback from customers and implement improvement strategies and recommend improvement activities. They will carry out all assigned training and duties in compliance with applicable Occupational Health and Safety legislation and company policy. They must also respect and preserve the privacy, confidentiality, and security of resident and workers' personal and health information.
