About The Position

This position is responsible for monitoring the activity of residents on an assigned shift ensuring compliance to house rules. Key Responsibilities include checking clients into the shelter, preparing and monitoring client intake records, and responding to emergencies in a calm manner and initiating appropriate corrective actions in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role also involves tracking client data in HMIS.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
One year experience performing security work or social service worker preferred
Ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
Valid State Drivers License.
Level 2 background screening required.
