About The Position

We are currently seeking a Resident Site Monitor to be the heartbeat of our facility. In this role, you will help create a safe, supportive, and dignified environment where families can stabilize and thrive. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working in a residential, shelter, community living, or social services environment is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to remain calm in fast-paced or challenging situations.
  • Comfortable assisting with light cleaning and facility organization.
  • Basic computer literacy for digital logging and shift reports.
  • A valid California driver’s license and reliable, insured auto transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the site, manage entry/exit logs, and ensure only authorized individuals access the facility.
  • Conduct regular safety walk-throughs.
  • Assist residents with community living guidelines, monitor curfews, and help maintain a clean, organized, and home-like environment (including light cleaning and tidying shared spaces).
  • Respond to resident needs and crisis situations with calm professionalism.
  • Utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques when challenges arise.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports.
  • Participate in smooth shift handovers to ensure team alignment.
  • Treat all residents with the utmost respect, cultural sensitivity, and dignity.
