We are currently seeking a Resident Site Monitor to be the heartbeat of our facility. In this role, you will help create a safe, supportive, and dignified environment where families can stabilize and thrive. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working in a residential, shelter, community living, or social services environment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to remain calm in fast-paced or challenging situations.
- Comfortable assisting with light cleaning and facility organization.
- Basic computer literacy for digital logging and shift reports.
- A valid California driver’s license and reliable, insured auto transportation.

Responsibilities
- Monitor the site, manage entry/exit logs, and ensure only authorized individuals access the facility.
- Conduct regular safety walk-throughs.
- Assist residents with community living guidelines, monitor curfews, and help maintain a clean, organized, and home-like environment (including light cleaning and tidying shared spaces).
- Respond to resident needs and crisis situations with calm professionalism.
- Utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques when challenges arise.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports.
- Participate in smooth shift handovers to ensure team alignment.
- Treat all residents with the utmost respect, cultural sensitivity, and dignity.
