About The Position

This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations and staff of the centers resident facilities. The role involves assigning clients housekeeping duties, monitoring clients' progress in the program, and ensuring compliance with program standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Three years experience supervising the operation, housekeeping, maintenance and security of a residence facility OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
Valid State Drivers License.
Requires a level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

Supervises the day-to-day operations and staff of the centers resident facilities.
Assigns clients housekeeping duties.
Monitors clients progress in program and ensures compliance with program standards.
Trains and instructs employees in the proper methods and procedures.
Monitors work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy.
Enforces house rules in order to maintain order and peace amongst the clients.
Develops, implements and supervises leisure-time activities both in and out of the center.
