The Salvation Army of the Syracuse Area is seeking candidates interested in joining our Resident Manager Team assigned to the Youth Services Programs. This is a full-time position as a Resident Manager for our State Street Apartments, which is part of the Youth Services Department. This position offers access to a comprehensive benefits program. As a Resident Manager, you will utilize your customer service skills by supervising residents and managing the program to ensure a safe, secure, comfortable, and supportive environment. You will coach residents on program policies and rules, address potential consequences for violations, and assist residents with basic needs such as laundry and housekeeping. This role also involves conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling.
