About The Position

Ripley Heatwole Company, a local property management company, is seeking a self-motivated individual to fill the role of Resident Manager at a very fast paced senior apartment community, located in the Wards Corner area of Norfolk. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the overall operation of the property as well as supervising leasing agents, ensuring maximum occupancy of rental units, high penetration of lease renewals, and the collection of rent. Must be self-motivated and a people-oriented person with a pleasant personality, cheerful smile and enthusiastic attitude.

Requirements

• Apartment community experience
• Demonstrated supervisory skills
• Effective communication skills
• Tax credit experience
