About The Position

Realstar is seeking a Resident Manager team to live and work at one of their properties in Belleville. This role requires living on-site, working four weekdays, every second weekend, and being on-call some evenings. The position involves working with a partner and sharing a two-bedroom apartment. Realstar is a leading residential property management company with a strong focus on maintaining clean, quiet properties and attracting quality residents through exceptional service. Resident Managers are crucial to the successful operation of the rental buildings they manage.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Cleaning experience
Minor maintenance skills
Customer service skills
Ability to perform in a team environment
Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis
Show and sell suites to prospective tenants
Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
Minor maintenance repairs
Preparing apartments for new residents
Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
Assisting with leasing suites
Responding to on-call requests

Base compensation is $37,000 per person. This includes an apartment suite (taxable benefit)
