Ripley Heatwole Company is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Holland House, senior apartment community with 112 units, in Virginia Beach. Requirements

• Apartment community management experience required.
• Tax Credit experience is required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Lead property operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
