About The Position
A national residential real estate company is seeking a Resident Maintenance Specialist to receive, diagnose, dispatch, and monitor maintenance requests from tenants, owning work order outcomes and balancing cost control, customer service, and asset preservation. This temporary, full-time role is based in an office environment in Murray, UT, working a Tuesday–Saturday 9-6 shift, with pay pending intake discussion.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in construction/maintenance, property management, or logistics scheduling/dispatching
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Intermediate CRM/VOIP system experience
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
