About The Position

Join our team as Resident Life Manager who provides leadership and support to Resident Community Resources, the Wellness, Fitness & Aquatic Center, and the Community TV Studio, creating and offering opportunities for resident engagement and enhanced quality of life. Seabrook is a beautiful 98-acre continuing care retirement community located in Tinton Falls, just six miles from the Jersey Shore. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • The passion and desire to work with the elderly; understanding of the aging process and the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents.
  • Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. These regulations take precedence over the requirements outlined in the job description.

Responsibilities

  • Support the successful integration of person-centered, strengths-based programs and services for all residents.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent and qualitative needs assessment of the population and provide high-quality responses to those needs.
  • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations and policies.
  • Support our independent living residents in the community, ensuring a successful life experience while promoting the social, psychological, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs of those living in the community.
  • Plan and develop the budget and Quality Assurance Performance Improvement strategy.
  • Provide training, development, and support of the highest quality to staff in each division of Resident Services.
