This role involves implementing Individual Plans of Care, documenting client progress, monitoring client well-being, administering medication (once certified), assisting with appointments, participating in meal planning and preparation, maintaining the household, and engaging in community outings. The position requires professional conduct, participation in required training, and accurate financial record-keeping for petty cash and client funds. The instructor must ensure client privacy and confidentiality, adhere to agency policies, and foster positive community relationships.
