This role involves implementing Individual Plans of Care, monitoring client progress, administering medication (once certified), assisting with medical appointments, preparing meals, maintaining the household, and engaging in community outings. The position requires a professional demeanor, participation in training, and accurate financial record-keeping regarding petty cash and client funds. The instructor must also ensure client privacy and confidentiality, adhere to agency policies, and foster positive community relationships.
