About The Position

Dartcor is hiring a Workplace Manager (General Manager) to lead a high-end, single-location corporate dining program that includes a flagship café, elevated daily catering, and a curated office pantry program. This is the senior on-site role responsible for day-to-day leadership, operational execution, financial performance, and client partnership. We’re looking for a sharp operator who runs a clean, disciplined business — strong standards, strong controls, and a team that executes consistently. Core Responsibilities Own daily operations across café service, catering production/execution, and office pantry programs. Lead a high-performing team : hiring, training, scheduling, accountability, and performance management. Drive catering performance : accuracy, timing, presentation, packing standards, service execution, and event readiness. Manage café execution : speed of service, merchandising, daily readiness, and station-level standards. Oversee office pantry programs : inventory, ordering cadence, pars, organization, and presentation. Maintain strong client partnership : communication, planning, issue resolution, and weekly business check-ins. Own financial performance : labor management, purchasing discipline, waste control, reporting, and forecasting. Ensure compliance + standards : food safety, cleanliness, brand standards, and consistent operating routines. What Success Looks Like Catering runs like clockwork — on-time, accurate, premium presentation , and repeatable. Café execution is consistent: clean stations, fast service, strong merchandising , no surprises. Pantry is always stocked, organized, and on-par with clear ordering systems and tight controls. The team is stable, trained, and accountable — issues don’t repeat. Financials are tight: labor and purchasing are managed proactively, not after the fact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years progressive leadership in corporate dining, catering, hospitality, or high-volume foodservice.
  • Strong track record in catering operations (high-touch daily catering and events preferred).
  • Experience running single-site programs with multiple service lines (café + catering + pantry).
  • Proven ability to lead teams and hold standards consistently.
  • Strong financial and operational fundamentals: scheduling, ordering, inventory, and P&L awareness.
  • Clear communicator with confidence in front of clients and internal stakeholders.
