The Café & Pantry Manager oversees two cafés including a full-service coffee bar, la carte services, sushi counter, and associated pantry services within Morgan Stanley’s Global Headquarters. This role is responsible for the daily setup, presentation, execution, and performance of breakfast and lunch service across hot and cold offerings—while maintaining exceptional standards of organization, cleanliness, and guest experience. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who acts like an owner of the space: organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and proud of how the operation looks, feels, and performs every day.
