About The Position

Moore Haven Yacht Club is a premier destination offering exceptional facilities and a vibrant community for our esteemed members and residents. We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Remote Resident Experience Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, remote position focused on delivering an outstanding living experience for the residents at our Moore Haven, Florida location. The ideal candidate will be a superb communicator with a passion for hospitality and community building. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring all resident needs are met with professionalism and efficiency, contributing directly to a positive and engaging community atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service, hospitality, community management, or events coordination role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional and personable telephone manner.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software platforms.
  • A self-motivated and resourceful individual with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while building strong professional relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience within a private club, luxury property management, or marina environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary remote point of contact for all resident enquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Plan, coordinate, and promote a calendar of virtual and on-site resident events, activities, and social gatherings to foster a strong sense of community.
  • Manage resident communications, including the creation and distribution of newsletters, community announcements, and important updates.
  • Liaise effectively with on-site maintenance, marina, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery and a well-maintained environment.
  • Gather and analyse resident feedback through surveys and direct communication to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new residents, providing them with all necessary information to ensure a smooth transition into the community.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and databases with the utmost confidentiality.
