About The Position

We are interested in candidates with experience as vehicle technicians or mechanical engineers, particularly those who have worked as forklift technicians, plant fitters, plant technicians, or vehicle technicians. Experience with plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners is highly desirable. In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks, working with our full range of products, from small pallet trucks to Counterbalance trucks, Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) trucks, and automated trucks. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and rectifying faults, performing preventative maintenance, and servicing Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment at our customer sites. Requirements

  • experience as vehicle technicians or mechanical engineers
  • comfortable using IT equipment is essential
  • full UK driving licence (Field and Resident Engineers only)
  • comfortable working autonomously and within a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners is highly desirable.
  • Ideally you will have an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, although this is not essential.
  • experience in one for the following disciplines, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Hydraulics
