About The Position

P.E. preferred. Five years experience on similar construction projects. Must be conversant with City specifications.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and/or NYS Professional Engineer License
- Minimum of five (5) years construction management experience
- 3 years of experience working as a Resident Engineer
- Must be conversant with City specifications.
Nice To Haves
- P.E. preferred
- NY PE License preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise all activities of the project and ensure full compliance to project plans and specifications
- Oversee inspection personnel
- Ensure all reports, documentation, and payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner
