We are hiring a Resident Engagement Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Resident Engagement Coordinators, ensuring they effectively implement best practices in supervision, security, and treatment. Lead the daily facilitation and implementation of the facility-wide PBIS program which includes managing resident incentives, activities, and the incentive room. Enhance positive youth outcomes and uphold operational excellence.
