The four cornerstones of Resident Services programming are Education, Economic Mobility, Health & Wellness, and Community Engagement. Position Summary: AHC is proud to continue its long-standing education programs at Charter House. We are seeking a passionate and driven Resident Engagement Specialist in Education to lead our K–12 afterschool programs, support academic success, and engage families through educational workshops and events. In this role, you will collaborate with AHC’s social services team and local partners to ensure students and families have access to the resources they need to thrive. This is a full-time, salaried position (40 hours/week), with a typical schedule of 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM to align with afterschool and evening programming.
