About The Position
Brookdale Overland Park is a 5-star continuing care retirement community offering Skilled Nursing, rehab, long-term care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Requirements
- Must be able to work three days/week 9a-5p
- Must be able to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
- Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
- Qualified associates who have been with Brookdale for at least a year may be eligible for advancement fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding.

Responsibilities
- Works three days/week 9a-5p
- Requires every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
- Provide gracious hospitality and neighborliness for residents and families.
- Contribute to a home-like feel and all-around comfort for residents and visiting family members.
- Organize and facilitate entertaining events and gatherings so residents can find connections in groups and 1:1 settings.
- Support the industry leader in clinical care.
- Engage with residents to foster connections and well-being.
