Requirements

  • Proven Multi‑Site Leadership — Experience leading multiple locations or large, complex operations with a focus on consistency, culture, and performance.
  • Hospitality‑Driven Mindset — A passion for creating warm, memorable dining experiences and elevating service standards across diverse teams.
  • Financial & Operational Acumen — Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost control in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of corporate dining locations, ensuring consistent execution of culinary, service, and operational standards.
  • Coach and support General Managers, Chefs, and frontline teams to build high‑performing, hospitality‑driven operations.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, anticipate needs, and deliver strategic, solutions‑focused support.
  • Manage district‑level financials including budgeting, forecasting, labor oversight, and cost‑control initiatives.
  • Introduce new concepts, elevate guest experience, and lead continuous improvement across all sites.
  • Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance across all operations.
