About The Position

The Director of Operations, holds duties related to day to day operations of a Company account. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior food quality and strong customer service skills. We are seeking a high energy professional with a positive attitude who is flexible to support operations 7 days a week as needed during the peak season.

Requirements

5 years' experience in excellent communication and customer service engagement skills willing to greet customers in operations directing traffic on weekends.
Ability to customize seasonal menus.
Ability to lead through example.
Ability to cost out special events food and labor to meet desired targets.
Ability to oversee large budget and support Large Catering Events in a public park setting.
Ability to understand flex scheduling.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
Five years of foodservice operation experience
High volume production and catering experience is essential
Previous experience managing a budget
Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

Responsibilities

Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
Manages overall day to day operations of the account
Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
